Deposit & Reservations
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
Ways to pay
Invoice using a credit card, sent via email.
In person at bakery via cash or credit card.
Over the phone via credit card.
The final balance is due 48 hours prior to reservation date. 72 hours notice to transfer your reservation date. If new date is undetermined, deposit is valid for 1 year from date paid.
The final balance is due 3 weeks prior to wedding date.
Additional changes including guest number, design alterations, flavor preferences, and event date are possible up to 3 weeks prior to the event date. If the order is not picked up on date of reservation, or delivery is denied, client may be responsible for additional costs. We will make ever attempt to contact the client in the event of a missed pickup date or denied delivery. In the event of cancelation: All requests for cancellation must be made in writing. If a cancellation is received four weeks prior to the reservation date, the deposit or payment is subject to a 50% refund of total amount paid.
Delivery & Pick Up
Delivery fee is based on location. Certain larger cakes cannot be picked up, as they may require assembly on site. Charges will be added to your total. Delivery time and location must be provided two weeks prior to the event. We reserve the right to deliver the cake up until the reception starts. If you chose to pick up your cake, Baked Well is not responsible for the cake once it leaves the bakery.
Consultation & Tasting
This is for weddings and cakes valued over $300. All consultations and tastings are by appointment only. Please email to see if your date is available to set up an appointment. Tastings are done on Tues-Thurs. During your tasting, we will be able to discuss and finalize the design of your cake. You will have the chance to try 3 of our delicious cake flavors. If you need to reschedule, or cancel your consultation/tasting, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
Right to Withdrawal
At any point, Baked Well reserves the right to withdrawal services and/or product due to changes in agreed circumstances, noncooperation, location or facility changes, available times, missed appointments, no confirmations, failure to pay deposit or balance, late payments, etc. Fees will be returned, minus any non-refundable deposits and/or amounts for services/products already provided.
Baked Well will not be held responsible for any type of allergy, reaction, or circumstance that may arise from our products. All products could contain traces of nuts, peanuts, gluten, and/or other food and non-food related allergens. It is the responsibility of the clients to inform their guests that trace allergens could be present in our products. All allergies must be stated at the time of order, so we may take proper precaution in reducing the risk of cross-contamination.
